LeAnn Rimes in Emilio Pucci Spring 2011 celebrates her newly married status.

Newlywed LeAnn Rimes was all smiles as she exited the Moonshadows Restaurant in Malibu on the arm of her husband, Eddie Cibrian. Entertaining friends and family at the restaurant the day after their nuptials, LeAnn donned her second white dress in a matter of days, this one a crocheted maxi length creation from the Emilio Pucci Spring 2011 collection.

The dress would make an excellent beach coverup, with its lightweight knit fabric, and strategically placed cutouts. But at $1405 from MyTheresa, it’s too high end to do something as basic as throwing it over a swimsuit. LeAnn had the right idea wearing it as a regular dress, and allowing the piece to get all the attention it deserves.

…and while we’re at it, let’s have some fun with this. I also want to hear what other women do we think would “Work-Da-Hell-Outta” this dress as well…with/or without (curves/or no curves)!

To get started – my “Dirty Dozen” (in no particular order):
1 Jada Pi. kett-Smith (and I think Will would LOVE it!)
    2. Angela Jolie (simply because she’s so exotic looking anyway)
    3. Christina Aguilera
    4. Rihanna
    5. Camila Alves (Matthew McConaughey’s girlfriend)
    6. Halle Berry
    7. Jessica Beal
    8. Beyonce
    9. Kim K. (maybe a bit too much)
    10. Jessica Alba
    11. Megan Fox
    12. Jennifer Lopez
    13. (and may she rest in peace) – Aaliyah Haughton

Seriously – I almost NEVER leave posts and such…regardless the website, but I simply had to on this subject. The reason – because I was SO confused and “thrown-off” by the first headline I saw on Leann/”The Dress”…TOTALLY NEGATIVE?! However, as soon as I saw the pic…not even the entire shot – I was like “WHOA” – because not only does she look incredible, but the dress is “Off-Da-Meter” in terms of style and creativity!!!

More importantly, considering the limited amount of ladies who could pull-off such a piece…she’s as perfect for that dress as any! It’s like they EQUALLY complement each other…it makes her look even more beautiful…as she does it, which leaves me to wonder – from what perspective are the negative folks viewing this image?!

Well…anyway…you probably see by now (with all the exclamations/verbal emphasis) why I don’t usually post. However, I REALLY need to hear what more opinions on this one…good or bad!

    Thanks for your time.

    Sincerely Confused as Hell,
    “Ms. TNT”

Seriously, I want to bust that dress out at the beach. Granted that I hate the idea of the sand ruining the end of the dress, but that can be prevented. It’s hot! I want it.

I want that dress. Its blood gorgeous. Would it get ruined in salt water?

Not too sure. A drop or two? It would be fine, lol. But getting soaked? Don’t think the dress would survive, lol.
