Several of Hollywood’s most stylish ladies have walked the red carpet in this little black number, with actress Heather Graham being the most recent inductee into the Kymerah club, rocking the dress to Echoes Of Hope’s 3rd Annual Luc Robitaille Celebrity Charity Poker Tournament.
With the bustier topped dress giving Heather’s look a bit of a dominatrix vibe, she carried that theme down to her footwork in a pair of Monique Lhuillier Fall 2013 black suede and python lace-up heels.
Dark toenail polish added to Heather’s vampy ensemble, but her golden highlighted hair, and bright pink lipstick provided the perfect sunny counterbalance to her otherwise dark look.
Style maven Kelly Osbourne was one of the first to wear the ‘Sora’ dress back in June of last year to the Kerrang! Awards in London, and she was followed months later in September by fellow tv personality Maria Menounos who wore the dress to the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards.
Actress Mena Suvari also wore the dress in September of last year, matching it with a pair of pointed toe black leather pumps to attend a private event at Maxfields clothing store in Los Angeles.
And proving the style versatility of the Kymerah ‘Sora’ dress, Grey’s Anatomy actress Camilla Luddington was bad girl preppy at Spike TV’s 10th Annual Video Game Awards, managing to be both demure and fashion forward by pairing her dress with classic black satin peep toe pumps.
Clearly, the little black leather dress is beyond ‘trend’ territory, and is steadily working its way toward ‘wardrobe staple’ status. Jennifer Aniston knew what she was doing!
