Summer is fast approaching, and that means swimsuit season will be here before you know it. If you’re in need of bikini inspiration, look no further than Beyoncé Knowles. The songstress recently released a ton of personal photographs on her newly revamped website, including this pic of herself flaunting her perfect bikini bod.

She wears a Luli Fama ‘Delirio’ triangle top and matching side tie bottoms. Surprisingly for a celebrity swimsuit, Beyoncé’s is relatively affordable. The top and bottom retail for $76 each from the Luli Fama website.

Add another celeb to the “I heart the Isabel Marant ‘Willow’ wedge sneakers” club. Actress Dakota Fanning, who’s always had a discerning eye for fashion, was spotted out and about in NYC wearing a pair of decidedly on trend Isabel Marant ‘Willow’ hidden wedge sneakers, and carrying a Céline luggage tote bag.

She follows in the stylish footsteps of fellow celebs Alicia Keys, Rashida Jones, Joan Smalls, Beyoncé, and Miranda Kerr to name a few. The ‘Willow’ sneakers are an über popular shoe that’s sold out everywhere, but there are a few brands offering great alternatives.

Bryan Blake has a nearly identical cream suede high top wedge sneaker available from Luisaviaroma for $354. Ash has their similarly styled ‘Cool’ sneaker available from Footnotesonline for $225. And ASOS has their own ‘Deny’ wedge high top sneakers available for $81.

Starlet Nicole Richie has come a long way since her Simple Life days as Paris Hilton’s mischief making BFF. Over the years she’s become a wife, mother of two, fashion designer, and more recently a mentor on NBC’s Fashion Star.

Photographed by Patric Shaw and interviewed by Amy Spencer, Nicole takes to the pages of the June 2012 issue of Glamour Magazine and talks hair, body image issues, and the perception that she’s a trendsetter.

Nicole’s status as a leader of the Hollywood fashion pack isn’t debatable to most; she has three successful fashion lines, has graced the pages of countless style mags, and serves as an inspiration to many a fashionista. But when asked if she considers herself to be a trendsetter, Nicole quickly answered:

No! [Laughs.] My world is small. I have my circle of 10
friends, my kids, my family. None of them call me a trendsetter.

And there you have it, spoken like the true fashion icon in the making that she is. Never let it be said that Rihanna isn’t a genuine fan of high street brand Topshop. The ‘Birthday Cake’ singer was spotted leaving Da Silvano restaurant in New York after having dinner with friends, wearing a Topshop silver metallic maxi dress.

It seems like literally every Hollywood celeb and their mother owns these Isabel Marant ‘Willow’ wedge sneakers. The über popular shoe has been spotted on a long list of stars whose personal styles span a full spectrum.

Singers Alicia Keys and Beyoncé, actresses Kate Bosworth and Tracee Ellis Ross, models Miranda Kerr and Arlenis Sosa, they’ve all worn this shoe. So it was no surprise to see them pop up again, this time on actress Rashida Jones.

The Parks and Recreation star was seen walking the streets of NYC with a friend wearing a black pair of the Isabel Marant shoe paired with black and green striped tee, jeans, and a Céline black nano bag.

The actual Isabel Marant shoe has been selling out left and right, so if you managed to get your hands on a pair, lucky you! For the rest of us BooHoo has quite the alternative. Their ‘Jasmine’ suedette hi-top sneaker wedge is available, at a price point of only $55.

Blouses are back ladies! Okay, so they never really went anywhere having been a wardrobe staple for women (and even men at some points in history) for decades upon decades. While having a blouse or two in your closet isn’t anything new, there is an emerging style trend that takes the piece from classic to fashionably forward.

As indicated by recent outfit choices from megastar Beyoncé Knowles, it’s now on trend to go big, bold, and brassy with printed blouses.

The Love on Top singer was first spotted taking part in the new trend while on a family vaycay in St. Barths.

She paired a red, white, and orange printed silk blouse from Gucci with cutoff denim shorts, blue and gold Yves Saint Laurent ‘Arty’ rings, a white Eugenia Kim ‘Honey’ sunhat, and her favorite pair of Linda Farrow for The Row sunglasses.

A few days later Bey was back in NYC still rocking her Linda Farrow for The Row glasses, as she took a stroll with baby Blue Ivy.

The mother-daughter duo sported color coordinated ‘fits, with little Blue wearing a yellow shirt that matched mommy’s yellow and black Versace venetian print silk shirt. Beyoncé even made sure Blue had a print of her own, covering the baby with a Lauren Moshi ‘Victoria’ tribal scarf.

‘They’ say the third time’s the charm, but when considering a star of Beyoncé’s style caliber, twice is enough to officially declare it a trend. Get Beyoncé’s Gucci blouse from Saks for $795, and her Versace shirt from Net-a-porter for $1,275.

Her addition to the Coachella 2012 lineup was unexpected, but it’s no surprise that Rihanna turned up and showed out in an outfit worthy of her popstar status. The ‘Birthday Cake’ singer hit the stage wearing a Topshop ‘Peace’ cropped top, and studded Levi’s denim cutoff shorts.

She’s forever on the forefront of fashion, always doing her own style thing, setting trends instead of following them, and Solange Knowles continued her successful style streak, wearing a Carven Spring 2012 dress to DJ at the Hennessy ‘Wild Rabbit’ Campaign Launch Event.

Solo didn’t do much accessorizing with this look, but what she did have — curly locks and studded heels — was the perfect addition. They’re strong pieces, but the hair and the heels still allow her one-shouldered, ikat jacquard dress to take center stage.

Two fabulous ladies, one beautiful dress, and the question is who wears it best. The Givenchy Resort 2012 collection featured bright colors and bold tropical inspired prints, mixed with classic, uncomplicated silhouettes. In other words, it’s a perfect collection for celebrity summer fashion.

Givenchy PRINTED STRETCH DRESS

Both La La Anthony and Fergie thought so too, with each lady recently rocking the same Givenchy Resort 2012 printed stretch dress.

La La wore it first, donning the fitted bodycon dress to a taping of morning talk show Good Day New York.

She paired the fun dress with Christian Louboutin ‘Summerissima’ colorblocked platform sandals, and styled her hair in an on trend topknot.

Days later Fergie celebrated her 37th birthday at 1 Oak Nightclub in Las Vegas, and wore the Givenchy dress to the event.

She kept her accessories to a bare minimum, carrying only a simple black clutch and finishing off the look with a pair of black patent leather pumps from her eponymous shoe collection.

Her Fergie ‘Protest’ pumps are available from Heels.com for $69.99, a relative bargain when compared to the $2,405 price tag of her Givenchy dress. If you’re loving the dress, but not that high price, try this equally as stylish $44 ASOS midi dress in tropical print.

Both ladies look decidedly fabulous, but who looks best?

Joining American Idol as a part of its judges panel was easily one of the best things to happen to Jennifer Lopez’s career. With the increased visibility, we’re now once again privy to the almost always exciting fashion choices from ‘Jenny from The Block.’

So far over the course of her (not so new anymore) gig, we have yet to be disappointed, and as her entertainment role expands, we continue to get great looks from her.

Michael Kors Crepe Crewneck Dress

J.Lo’s latest venture is a new show entitled ¡Q’Viva! The Chosen. She jetted off to South America to promote the talent competition, and made a stop at Brazilian talk show Melhor do Brasil.

She went bold as only few can, rocking an über colorful ensemble consisting of a neon green Michael Kors crepe crewneck dress, and equally neon Casadei patent leather blade pumps.

Jennifer’s dress is short and fitted making it appropriate for a night out clubbing, but the dress’ long sleeves balance that out, giving it a more classic edge.

If you want it to be yours, get J.Lo’s Michael Kors dress for $1,995 from Net-a-porter. If that’s outside of your budget, try this decidedly more wallet friendly $68 neon dress from Nasty Gal.
