Score one for team ‘Young Young Hollywood’. Fourteen-year-old The Hunger Games star Amandla Stenberg has always been a cutie, but after a couple of red carpet turns this week, she’s emerging as a rising style star.
Most recently Amandla made an appearance at the Hollywood premiere of Beautiful Creatures, wearing a look that only a girl of her age could pull off, but one that she wears quite well.
She paired an ivory trimmed black blazer (similar here), with a studded collar blouse, black tone on tone tuxedo leggings (similar here), and iiJin high top platform sneakers ($428). No jewelry, and a simple topknot were the perfect ‘non’ accents for Amandla’s trendy look.
Earlier in the week Amandla attended the 44th NAACP Image Awards where she proved she can werq sweet and nice, as well as she does edgy and trendy.
Donning a floral embellished Rafael Cennamo Spring 2012 dress, Amandla was the epitome of timeless sophistication on the awards ceremony red carpet. Her ivory dress was accessorized with gold Louis Vuitton ankle-strap heels, and her only ‘jewelry’ was a pearl embellished headband (similar here).
