First Daughter Malia Obama follows in FLOTUS’ fashionable footsteps, wearing an ASOS pleated skirt on election night.

Like mother, like daughter. First Lady Michelle Obama has demonstrated on several different occasions that she’s a fan of online retailer ASOS. Now she’s passing down that same appreciation to her daughters.

After President Obama was declared successful in his re-election bid, he was joined by his family— Michelle, Malia, and Sasha— for a moment of congratulations. Michelle looked impeccable as always, donning a Michael Kors dress that she’s worn twice before, but it was oldest daughter Malia Obama who basically stole the style show.

Malia’s simple election night look, consisted of a long-sleeve black tee, hot pink accent belt, J.Crew flats, and a box pleat navy skirt from ASOS ($43). Unfortch, Malia’s skirt is sold out online, but J.Crew has a very similar option that’s priced at $225.
