While Tika shimmered, Jordin Sparks sizzled in an all red ensemble at the NYC screening of her feature film debut, Sparkle. From her Giuseppe Zanotti red patent leather pumps ($650), to her red Alice + Olivia ‘Tracey’ peplum dress ($396), all the way down to the ends of her burgundy dip-dyed tresses, Jordin made quite the monochromatic style statement.
Peplums have been all the rage this season, and it’s clear the trend isn’t going anywhere any time soon. As far as trends go, it’s not a bad thing that peplums are sticking around. They’ve proved to be one of the more wearable fashion trends as of late, complementing various body types, and style preferences.
