Comic-Con is one of those weird style events, in that it’s the kind of function where style shouldn’t matter at all. No one dresses up (unless it’s in costume), and the overall vibe is laid back and extremely casual.
Once Hollywood began to invade the Comic Con scene though, that laid back style vibe quickly vanished. While the men of Hollywood are still showing up to the annual event in their sneakers and tees, the ladies are putting their best 5 inch stiletto heeled foot forward.
Glee actress Naya Rivera was the perfect combination of chic, yet casual, as she participated in her show’s Comic Con panel. Her H&M pencil skirt, and Giuseppe Zanotti sky high heels may seem way too formal for Comic Con, but bright pops of color, and the unexpected silhouette created by adding a Razan Alazzouni crop top, pull her look back onto the side of fun.
