Yes, these shoes again; no, they’re not going anywhere anytime soon. Yet another member of Hollywood’s fashion set was spotted out and about wearing a pair of Isabel Marant hidden wedge sneakers, and this time it was singer/actress Ashlee Simpson.
She was seen strolling the sidewalks of NYC arm in arm with beau Vincent Piazza wearing a black pair of Isabel Marant ‘Bekett’ hidden wedge sneakers. At this point we’ve seen almost every celeb and their mother wearing these shoes (Rihanna, Dakota Fanning, Alicia Keys, to name a few), so you know they’re a hit.
Because they’re so popular though, you’ll be hard pressed to actually find a pair for purchase. Short of calling an Isabel Marant boutique and having your name put on a waiting list, your best in getting in on the wedge trend is to grab a pair of similar Ash ‘Bowie’ sneakers.
