This is actress Viola Davis’ season. She recently became a new mother (she and her husband adopted a baby girl), and her movie The Help and specifically her role in the film have been getting critics talking, and talk they did, handing Viola the best actress prize at the 2012 Critic’s Choice Movie Awards.
Viola was radiant accepting her award while wearing a red floor length gown from designer Raoul. The red was a great color choice for Viola, it plays against her skin beautifully. She kept her accessories to a minimum, carrying only a simple box clutch, and wearing a pair of gold tassel earrings.
