Ladies it’s official. Red hair is the latest celebrity style trend. Actress Scarlett Johansson became the third Hollywood starlet in a matter of days to debut freshly dyed red hair, showing off her new look at the 2011 White House Correspondents’ Dinner.
Scarlett is no stranger to new hair colors; she’s dyed her hair several times over the years, and as a matter of fact, sported a near identical shade when she was filming Iron Man 2 (Maybe that’s what the new color is for. Perhaps filming will soon begin on Avengers). Still though, she’s probably most famous for being a blonde, and this dark red ‘do is definitely a major change.
Like with Blake Lively, I’m still adjusting to Scarlett’s new color. But where Blake went for an orange-y red, Scarlett has opted for a deep, almost plum shade. It’s a beautiful color, but I think I might prefer Scarlett with lighter hair. I’m waiting for the color to settle, before I decide if I like it or not, lol. But what about you?
