I don’t tend to cover many celebrity weddings here at Batch!Please. I didn’t even cover the Royal Wedding, although that was mainly because everyone else and their mother di, lol. Weddings usually don’t get a lot of love here, but that’s often because while they’re beautiful, if you’ve seen one pretty wedding dress, you’ve seen them all.
There was something a little special about actress Sara Rue’s cafe colored Amsale wedding gown though, that I felt compelled to share.
The starlet and Jenny Craig spokesperson wed fiance Kevin Price on Saturday (May 21), and in addition to having that pre/post nuptial glow, Sara had the confidence of a woman who knows she looks great. It’s been mentioned before on this site; attitude goes a long way toward selling an outfit, and convincing others you look as great as you think you do.

The taffeta dress, with sweetheart neckline, and ruching around the bust, goes from simply pretty, to fashionably forward with the addition of oversized appliqued flowers spread across the skirt. But it’s Sara’s confidence that truly gives her look life.
