Trust Nicki Minaj to keep things interesting on the red carpet. She might not wear the most real world translatable outfits (what popstar really does, though?), but she never fails to make you look twice. The singer/rapper who’s scheduled to soon go on tour with Britney Spears this summer, was in full ‘Barbie’ mode at the 2011 Billboard Music awards, wearing a pink wig, and a Mark Fast Spring 2011 embellished bodysuit.
Again, it’s not something you or I could ever get away with wearing (if you beg to differ about your bodysuit wearing prowess, let me find out!), but for Nicki, it makes sense. She’s a character, and characters require costumes, and this Mark Fast creation is right in line with her out there style aesthetic.
