Looking like a real life version of Ariel from Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Rihanna covers the April 2011 issue of Vogue US, the mag’s tenth annual ‘Shape’ issue. Shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, the cover features Rihanna wearing a Chanel Pre-Fall 2011 gown that the songstress simply ‘owns.’ I can’t imagine the dress working this fabulously on anyone else, and after this pic, I’m not sure any other celeb will be brave enough to give it a try.
Say what you want about Riri, but the girl knows how to rock a designer outfit, and it’s only fitting that she’s finally landed the cover of what’s considered to be the fashion industry’s bible. Inside the mag she rocks an attention getting cutout swimsuit by Herve Leger, a navy bodysuit by Donna Karan, and a one-shoulder mesh dress by Chloé, effortlessly going from look to look, as only Rihanna can.
