Paris Fashion Week is the place to be if you want to hold a cocktail dinner in honor of someone. Following in the footsteps of the Chanel hosted dinner in honor of celebrity spokesmodel Blake Lively, a dinner celebrating the thirtieth anniversary of designer Michael Kors’ self named fashion label was held at the US Embassy in Paris on Monday (Mar 7).
Plenty of stars came out to help the designer celebrate, but none looked better than singer/actress Jennifer Hudson. Wearing a navy blue Michael Kors Fall 2011 gown that featured a nude panel beneath the bustline, this is hands down one of the best looks I’ve seen from Jennifer. The dress is simple, yet chic— signature design elements of Michael Kors— and tailored to perfection.
