Those Herve Leger bandage dresses are here to stay ladies. The brand continues to evolve though, still offering their classic solid bandage dresses that became a red carpet staple a few years back, but also adding new runway looks that are as varied as they are fashionably forward. Available in wild prints, and bright colors, these aren’t the same bandage dresses from a few seasons ago.
Case in point, this Herve Leger geometric jacquard dress worn by both Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Christine Teigen, and singer/actress Christina Milian. With its violet and orange color combination, geometric print, and sweetheart neckline, this dress is a more stylized take on Herve Leger’s traditional bandage dress.
Who wears it best, though? That’s what we’re her for, right?
Chrissy wore her dress to the Club SI Swimsuit event at The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Letting her dress have all the shine, she passed on accessories, and completed her look with cream peep-toe slingbacks.
Christina was fresh at the start of her comeback trail, when she wore her Herve Leger dress on the February 2011 cover of Latina Magazine. Where Christine decided against accessorizing, Christina went all out. She added a chunky gold statement necklace, bracelets on both arms, and a large statement ring.
