Photographers Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott are turning up the heat in the fashion industry one magazine cover, and one advertising campaign at a time. The dynamic duo who lensed Gucci’s Spring 2011 campaign, among others, captures Victoria’s Secret Angel and Tansformers 3 co-star, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley for the March 2011 cover of Vogue UK.
Call her the lady in red. Posed against a red backdrop, and wearing a red Gucci Spring 2011 suit, with red lip, and red nails, Rosie shows exactly why she’s a VS Angel. Inside the mag, she’s still sizzling in red, wearing an Emilio Pucci silk-chiffon maxi dress. Nudity in fashion has been done to death as of late, but at least in this instance, it complements the rest of the editorial.
