Rihanna set the internet ablaze last week, with rumors of a possible Topshop collaboration, when she was spotted having dinner with Topshop owner, Sir Philip Green, while vacationing in Barbados. With Kate Moss for Topshop coming to an end, speculation began that Rihanna for Topshop would be next.
Not so fast says Women’s Wear Daily, though. The fashion industry publication says insiders tell them, Rihrih’s dinner with Sir Philip, was “purely social.” Oh well fashionistas. Perhaps Rihanna for Topshop will happen one day, but today isn’t that day.
