Question, did I miss the memo, that we’ve decided to skip over winter, and head straight into spring? Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester posed on the red carpet, at the premiere of her newest movie, Country Song, wearing a floral dress from the Christian Dior Spring 2011 collection. It’s a great look for her, flirty and feminine, but if you didn’t know any better, you would think the movie premiere took place during one of the warmer spring/summer months.
Looks from the Spring 2011 runway season, have been numerous on the red carpet as of late, so it’s no surprise to see Leighton wearing something from one of those collections, especially since she’s worn Spring 2011 before. Still, a discussion could be had about the logic behind wearing summer clothes, when it’s still winter. When you look as good as Leighton does though, you can pretty much get away with wearing anything.
