Time has flown, the year is almost over, and holiday party season will soon be upon us. To that end, Marie Claire UK, and Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester show off the hottest hair and makeup looks in the December 2010 issue of the mag. Some of our long time beauty faves made the list, like the red lip, and the smokey eye. But others, like ombre hair, which Marie Claire refers to as ‘dipped ends,’ are a new trend.
If Leighton ever decides to quit her day job, she should consider a career as a model. The Hollywood starlet gives face almost as good as the ‘supers’ of yore, as she rocks Tucked up, Plaited bun, Punky topknot, and Loose waves.
