Looks like someone’s stylist read Marie Claire UK’s December 2010 guide to party season beauty trends, because actress Hilary Duff is rocking two looks from that list. She has the ‘tucked up,’ faux bob going on, and what Marie Claire calls ‘dipped ends,’ but the rest of us know as ombre hair. It’s just not a flattering hairstyle for Hilary. The voluminous ‘do makes her forehead look larger than what it actually is, and the messy ends are a bit too unkempt. Everything else about her look is right in line with what’s in for a young Hollywood starlet, but the hair is completely distracting.

lol it looks too messy but I don’t think that was intentional (the rain maybe) her hair has been looking so fab it makes no sense.
