When we first spotted British actress Thandie Newton wearing Stella McCartney, she was taking part in London’s Fashion’s Night Out at the Giorgio Armani store. This time, she’s wearing Stella at the 2010 Toronto International Film Festival, premiering her latest movie, Vanishing On 7th Street. Just like before, Thandie has chosen a dress from the Fall 2010 collection, this time a berry colored number, that features the same ‘mullet’ hem of the dress she wore on Fashion’s Night Out.
I love the vibrant color of this dress, and appreciate how effortlessly Thandie wears high fashion pieces, but beyond that, there’s something kind of ‘meh’ about this look. Perhaps it’s the air of ‘I’m not really feeling this either,’ that Thandie’s giving off that’s dampening this look, or maybe it’s just me, lol.
