Showing us why she consistently ranks at the top of various ‘Hottest/Most Beautiful’ lists, 44-year-old (yes, 44) actress Halle Berry had heads turning at the “Swarovski Elements Present 22 Ways To Say Black” event at Philips de Pury in NYC. Wearing a beyond form fitting little black dress by Roberto Cavalli, and carrying a Stella McCartney bag, Halle proves that mommyhood does not signify an end to being sexy.
Not content with being just another pretty face, though, Halle walked the black carpet of the Swarovski event for a good cause. Enlisting the skills of 22 of the fashion industry’s most high profile names– 3.1 Philip Lim, Diane von Furstenberg, Catherine Malandrino, Lanvin, Givenchy, Donna Karan, and Jean Paul Gaultier, to name a few– Swarovski had each designer create a one of a kind little black dress to auction off at their event. Proceeds went to the American Cancer Society and France’s La Ligue Nationale Contre Le Cancer, with more than $100,000 being raised for breast cancer research.
