The Groom and Her Bride… Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson at the Premiere of Bride Wars

Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson have a new movie out, Bride Wars, about two friends who schedule their respective weddings on the same day. It appears the two leading ladies took the movie’s wedding theme to heart, and showed up at its premiere dressed as bride and groom, lol. Although I don’t actually believe that’s the look they were trying to achieve, I think Anne looks great in her black Boy by Band of Outsiders pantsuit, while Kate is runway ready in her black and white Oscar de la Renta gown. At first glance, it’s easy to conclude that Kate is the winner this red carpet showdown, but after letting Anne’s look marinate for a minute, I think her ensemble is equally fab in its own subdued way.
