Remember when the Obama campaign decided to go high end with their campaign merchandise? Well if you don’t, lol, the presidential campaign of Barack Obama commissioned several fashion designers, including Marc Jacobs, Tracy Reese, and Juicy Couture, to come up with jazzy campaign merchandise. Now, the fruits of that labor are available for purchase from the Barack Obama website. I have to admit, as far as campaign merchandise goes, I’m kind of impressed. The Nanette Lepore tee and the Marc Jacobs tote bag are my two favorite pieces. The items are kind of pricey, ranging from $60 to $75, but if Obama’s your candidate of choice, just think of it as a campaign donation.
