The 2008 Tony Awards were held last night, and the show’s host, Whoopi Goldberg, wore a dress designed by Project Runway winner, Christian Siriano. I must say that I really like Christian’s design for Whoopi. When I first learned that Christian would be designing a dress for Whoopi to wear at the Tony’s, I was kind of wary. Christian’s designs are known for their ruffles and layers, and I didn’t know how well that would translate on Whoopi. But I have to admit that I’m impressed with the final product. The dress is signature Christian with its dramatic lines, yet it still manages to be flattering on Whoopi. I like Christian’s dress for Whoopi, but do you?

just heard an interview with Christian Siriano on NPR's Tell Me More which referenced this dress, so of course, I had to google it. And, wow, wow, wow, Whoopi looked AH-mazing in this dress. Christian Siriano has skill, and his Spring/Summer 2010 line is vivid, creative, sleek, and forward thinking.
she looks like she is swimming on the top bit but the lower bit did show off her legs….the ruffles on the neckline didnt work for her…
I’m 19 years old, and personally, I’ve never seen Whoopi look so DAMN GOOD!!! Her legs are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! This dress actually makes me wonder “why Whoopi don’t have no man???”!!!
