Spring Hair Trend…Rihanna’s Inverted Bob

Summer is always the season to go for a shorter haircut, and singer Rihanna shows us how it’s done at the Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards. I love this inverted bob on her, both the cut and the darker hair color do wonders for Rihanna. Now your eyes are no longer instantly drawn to her forehead, lol. The key to the inverted bob is to cut your hair short in the back, and keep it long in the front. This way, you have the look of both short and medium length hair. It’s also a great look for those who want to go short, but aren’t ready for a drastic change. The inverted bob is a favorite cut of mine, one I sported last summer after I decided to grow out my relaxer. Seeing these pics of Rihanna makes me want to go short again.
