The weather is sloooooooooowly getting warmer, and a lot of celebs are cutting their hair shorter. Here’s yet another celebrity who’s decided to get a ‘creative’ haircut. Actress Neve Campbell showed off her new ‘do at the Haven House Oscar Suite yesterday. I can’t really tell if it’s a bad cut or just a bad style. What do you think?
