London Fashion Week has been going on for the past week. Honestly, I hadn’t really covered it because I’m not too familiar with most of the London designers. Perhaps I should have taken it on as a learning experience ;) . However, I love Marc Jacobs and his show went down yesterday, so I thought I’d comment and share.
Marc Jacobs is known for using both bold patterns and bold colors. But I must say, his fall/winter collection is so far the only collection I’ve seen that actually looks like winter wear, lol. Filled with fall colors such as greys and browns, and lush winter fabrics like wool and cashmere, Marc’s fall collection could be described as ‘Prep School Chic.’ The collection looked extremely wearable and comfortable, qualities that are so important in those freezing winter months. I can’t wait to see the collection in stores, but it’s not like I can afford it, lol.
