Ciara graces the cover of the latest issue of Trace magazine. Ciara had definitely come a long way, especially considering that when she first came out peeps thought she would be a one hit wonder. I believe that Ciara and her handlers are finally beginning to define exactly who she is. Ciara has definitely evolved.
